Payment Policy

We follow best practice in the accommodation industry and will request credit card details to secure all reservations. This is to cover any incidental charges that may be incurred or any contingencies such as breakages, damage or departure without settling the account. Where a credit card number has been supplied to guarantee a pre-booked reservation, no charge will be made against the card details unless the guest fails to cancel before the advertised cancellation deadline or fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. Credit card numbers are securely stored and written records destroyed after departure. All accounts are payable on departure unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of deposit (if applicable) or no charge for bookings cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
One night’s accommodation will be charged where cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival.
One night’s accommodation will be charged where guests do not arrive and fail to notify the motel.
Special conditions apply to group reservations.

 

Child Policy

Children must be under the supervision of an adult at all times when using the play area or are in the car park.

 

Other

Tariffs: Tariffs are correct at the time of publication. Peak season rates and minimum booking periods may apply. Extra charges may be levied eg for departure on public holidays. All prices and conditions are subject to change. Corporate rates may be available to business travellers on request.

Changes in Reservation Term: Any change in the reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Departure earlier than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

Smoking: The buildings in the complex are designated smoke free. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside and well away from open windows and doors and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the room it may be necessary to clean drapes, bedding and carpet. We reserve the right to charge to the registered guest any such costs and any resulting loss of income if the room is not available to be re-let .

Damage or Loss: Any deliberate or careless acts that result in any damage to our property, any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour either by a guest or their visitors resulting in loss of income to the motel, or the cost of replacing any missing or damaged items will be charged to the registered guest.

Visitors: Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion, but are not to be in the complex after 10pm. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all other guests in their unit and their visitors whilst on the property.

Animals: Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not permitted on the premises. We reserve the right to levy a charge if extra cleaning is required.
